Monday, 27th September - Hip Hop Examinations Workshop (Full Day)

We are holding a school holiday workshop for all students doing exams this year. Whilst this workshop is not compulsory, it has been scheduled to give all examining students an extra chance to really refine their style, technique and performance skills.

At the end of the day we will be rewarding the kids for their hard work with a Hip Hop Disco Party with lots of freestyle dancing, games, karaoke and even some face painting and tattoos for fun. Please book in with Miss Kate prior to end of term via email/phone.

Tuesday, 28th September - Hip Hop Dance & Drama Workshop (Full Day)

This workshop is open to all DZP students and friends and will be lots of FUN!!! The day will be broken up into 5 sections covering Stretches, Hip Hop, Popping, Floor Work and Acting in dance. The day will finish on a high with a Hip Hop Disco Party in the afternoon to really let loose and try out our new moves!

Workshop Details:

Venue: Crown Street Public School Hall

            356 Crown Street, Surry Hills

Time:   9am - 4pm

            (Pickup can be extended to 5.30pm if arranged in advance and costs $5 per each half hour beyond 4pm.)

Cost:   $45 per child per workshop, $40 each for families booking 2 or more children

What to Wear: Feel free to dress up in your favourite funky fresh Hip Hop clothes. Most importantly make sure you are comfortable to move and exercise. Sneakers/sports shoes are required, no thongs or sandals.

What to Bring: Some healthy snacks and a big drink bottle of water.

All bookings are required in advance.
