Workshops will start with some fun Hip Hop dance games to get our bodies moving. Kids will then learn how to stretch safely and effectively before getting onto some funky Hip Hop choreography to some great Kids Hip Hop music. The workshop will finish on a high with a Hip Hop dance battle using the moves the kids have now learnt!
What to Wear: Feel free to dress up in your favourite funky fresh Hip Hop clothes. Most importantly make sure you are comfortable to move and exercise. Sneakers/sports shoes are required, no thongs or sandals.
What to Bring: Some healthy snacks and a big drink bottle of water.
